I clicked the picture icon but I am unable to load pictures from my camera. It only provides a link to put in a website address. Any advice?

The link is for you to post an image you've hosted. Like at uploadhouse, for example. If you do not see the picture frame icon, you may need some more posts before you unlock the attachment from local storage.
